FOR ALL DAY COMFORT WEAR
"Every step shouldn't end in pain."
Built for your arch, not an average one.
The 1.1" arch is designed for moderate-to-severe flat feet and neutral arches, offering gentle correction that matches a shallower arch cavity without overcorrecting. The 1.22" arch works for mild flat feet and neutral arches, gently correcting alignment without over-supporting. The 1.38" arch is built for high or collapsed arches, providing the elevated structure a flatter cushion simply can't. If you're unsure which describes your foot, the sizing guide below walks through how to tell.
THREE ARCH HEIGHTS, ONE DECISION
Firm enough to last, flexible enough to move with you.
Soft foam insoles compress and flatten within months of daily wear. The rigid-yet-flexible TPU shell in both arch heights holds its shape under sustained weight — rated to support users 220+ lbs — while a shock-absorbing base cushions every heel strike, stabilizing and softening each step instead of just cushioning it temporarily.
HEAVY-DUTY TPU SHELL
Stability below, comfort above, dry all day.
Both arch heights share the same 0.87" deep U-shaped heel cup, cradling the heel to reduce rolling and overpronation. Above it, breathable PU foam and responsive PORON cushioning absorb shock with every step, while a moisture-wicking, odor-resistant top layer keeps feet dry through a full day of wear.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I need the Medium or High Arch version?
A simple test: step out of the shower onto a dry surface and look at your wet footprint. If you see most of your foot's outline with little to no curve on the inner edge, you likely have a mild flat or neutral arch — choose Medium (1.22"). If you see a thin, curved sliver connecting heel to toe, you likely have a high arch — choose High (1.38"). If you're still unsure, a podiatrist or shoe fitting specialist can confirm.
Why can't I use these in leather shoes, heels, or tight-fitting footwear?
The TPU arch support and heel cup add noticeable volume compared to a standard insole — footwear with little internal room, like dress shoes, heels, or tightly wrapped athletic cleats, won't have enough space to accommodate them comfortably. These insoles are built specifically for sneakers, work boots, and casual or athletic shoes with a removable factory insole.
Why do I need to break these in gradually instead of wearing them all day right away?
A rigid arch support changes how your foot muscles and tendons engage with every step — muscles that haven't had this level of structural support before need time to adapt. Starting with 2–3 hours a day and increasing gradually over 1–2 weeks lets your feet adjust comfortably, rather than risking soreness from a sudden full-day change.
Can I switch between the two arch heights later if I choose wrong?
Yes — since both versions are part of the same product line, you can order the other arch height separately at any time if the first one doesn't feel right after your break-in period. Many customers with different needs for each foot, or who want a backup pair for different shoes, order both.
How do I trim them to fit my exact shoe size?
Remove your shoe's original insole and place it on top of the Kekoy insole as a template, then trim along the toe end with scissors. The arch and heel sections are pre-shaped and should not be cut — only the front length needs adjusting to match your shoe.
