Our warehouse operates on standard business days from Monday to Friday, excluding national statutory holidays when the warehouse remains closed. In such instances, we take measures to minimize any potential shipping delays.

Please be aware that shipping times may experience delays due to evolving transportation regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic. We assure you that your packages will be delivered promptly, and Kekoy will actively collaborate with you to track their progress.

 

Within the United States:

For orders within the United States, items are typically shipped from local warehouses and transported using local logistics services. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 5 to 8 days to reach their destination, though occasionally it may take longer.

We offer free shipping for orders within the United States.
