The rollator itself fits standard doorways, but the cup holder and cane holder mounted on the sides can add extra width in some configurations. If you frequently pass through narrower doorways, we recommend positioning the cup holder toward the inside of the seat area, or removing accessories temporarily when navigating tight spaces.

How do I know which height setting is correct for me?

Stand upright with arms relaxed at your sides — the handles should sit level with your wrist. The visual scale printed on the frame corresponds to the 8 available settings, making it easy to identify and lock in your correct position without guesswork.

Can I attach a quad cane or 4-point cane to the cane holder?

The clip-style attachment holds standard single-tip canes securely. Some 4-point cane bases with wider rubber feet may not fit the holder as designed — if you use a quad cane, we recommend testing fit before relying on it for regular use.
