DAILY LIVING · BEDROOM SAFETY
Right where your hand already reaches.
Built for real stability, night after night.
A wider, longer chassis and thicker tube walls give this frame more structure than a standard rail, tested to meet ASTM F3186-24 and rated to support up to 330 lbs. It's the difference between a rail that holds and one that just looks like it should.
REINFORCED FRAME, SAFETY-TESTED
Locked to the bed, not just resting against it.
An included safety strap locks directly to the bed frame, so the rail doesn't depend on mattress weight alone to stay in place. That's what keeps it from wobbling or shifting when it's leaned on.
ANCHOR STRAP, LOCKED TO THE FRAME
A handle built for a firmer grip.
At 15.7" wide, the handle gives more surface to grip than a standard bar, wrapped in non-slip foam that stays comfortable through repeated use. It's sized for a full hand grip, not just fingertips.
EXTRA WIDE, NON-SLIP HANDLE
Fits your bed, on either side.
Height adjusts from 16.5" to 20.5" to match your bed and comfort. It works with Single, Double, and Queen frames, and a second rail can be added to the opposite side of a Queen bed if extra support is needed there too.

Frequently asked questions
Is the anchor strap required, or does the base hold on its own?
The base sliding between the mattress and box spring provides a firm hold on its own for many beds. The anchor strap adds a second point of security, and we recommend using it for heavier daily reliance or a softer mattress setup.
Can it be used on both sides of a queen bed?
Yes. One rail can be installed on each side of a queen bed if support is needed for two people, or extra stability is wanted on one side only.
Will it work if my mattress doesn't have a box spring?
It's designed to slide between a mattress and box spring. On a platform or adjustable base without one, check the gap under your mattress first to confirm the base has room to sit securely.
Is this suitable for recovery after surgery, not just everyday mobility support?
Yes. Several customers describe using it during recovery from procedures like joint surgery or a hospital stay, since it doesn't require permanent installation and can be removed once it's no longer needed.
How is this different from KEKOY's standard bed rail?
This version adds a safety crossbar and a wider, thicker frame with a 15.7" handle, bringing the weight rating up to 330 lbs. It adjusts on height only, though, and fits a narrower Single/Double/Queen range — the standard model adjusts on both height and length and covers Twin to King.
