Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to use this to transport someone, like a wheelchair?

No. This walker is designed for the user to walk with and rest on when needed — it isn't built to be pushed with someone seated in it for transport.

Do I need to set the brakes before sitting down?

Yes. Both parking brakes should be engaged before sitting down or leaving the walker parked, to keep it from rolling.

How is this different from Kekoy's standard K2 rollator (400 lbs)?

The seat and backrest follow the same wide, supportive design as the standard K2, just larger (19.5"x12" here vs. 18"x12"). The frame, wheels, brakes, and weight rating are all upgraded for this version — a reinforced K-frame rated to 500 lbs, 10" wheels instead of 8", and hidden brake cables.

Can I hang extra bags on the frame besides the included one?

This isn't recommended. Extra weight hung on the frame can throw off balance — the included storage bag is sized and positioned for safe everyday use.
