Can I use this for both acid reflux and reading, or do I need two pillows?

One pillow covers both. The 30° configuration is positioned specifically for acid reflux relief at night, and the same pieces reconfigure to a 60° angle for sitting up to read or watch TV during the day. Most customers find they only need to adjust the fold, not buy a second pillow for daytime use.

Does the pillow slide around on the bed or couch?

On smooth sheets or leather-style couch surfaces, some movement is possible with repeated repositioning through the night. Placing the pillow against a headboard or wall, or using a non-slip mat underneath, helps keep it anchored.

How long until the smell goes away after unboxing?

Most customers report minimal to no odor upon unboxing. We still recommend airing the pillow in a ventilated space for 12–24 hours after arrival, which allows the vacuum-sealed foam to fully expand — this is a normal part of shipping, not a sign of an odor issue.

Will this fit taller users, including for leg elevation?

The pillow accommodates most body sizes comfortably. Taller users (6'2" and above) have reported that leg elevation works well, but that the length in either configuration may not perfectly match longer limbs — the pillow will still support the lower leg, but full ankle-to-hip coverage isn't guaranteed for very tall users.

How do I wash it?

The outer cover unzips fully and is machine washable on a gentle cycle. The foam insert itself should not be washed or submerged — spot clean only if needed, and allow it to air dry completely before replacing the cover.
