Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery within the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum purchase required.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume during peak periods.
All Kekoy orders ship from US-based warehouses.
International shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future — check back for updates.
Return & Refund Policy
30-day return window
We want you to feel confident in every Kekoy purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Email us at support@kekoy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive something that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@kekoy.com right away — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround and that your preferred item stays in stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to reflect the credit on your statement. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us at support@kekoy.com and we'll look into it immediately.
