Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet certain criteria:
- It should be in the same condition as when received.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- It should have all original tags.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at support@kekoy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: You are advised to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return request for the original item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, typically back to the original payment method. It's noted that banks or credit card companies may take some additional time to process the refund.
Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and the refund has not been received, please contact support@kekoy.com for assistance.
